Sebastian Ruthenberg wins Event 33, $5K World sanghoki Seven Card Stud Hi-Low

On June 17, 2008, Event 33 got underway at the World Series of Poker. 261 entrants bought into the $5,000 World Championship Seven Card Stud Hi-Low Split-8 or Better tournament, which had a prize pool of $1,226,700. Duke had just a pair of tens with no low ( A 2 5 8 9 10 10 ) and was out in 5th place

Marcel Luske would end his run at 4th place when his pair of fives and no low( A 5 5 8 9 10 J ) was beaten by Bob Lauria’s pair of sevens and eight low ( A 2 3 7 7 8 Q )

Bob Lauria was down to his last chips and commited himself to trip eights on 3rd street against Chris Ferguson

Ferguson turned over a full house, tens full of kings ( 10 10 10 K K 8 2 )

Lauria could not improve the trip eights and was out in 3rd place
