Ecommerce enabler GoKwik ropes in former Swiggy executive Sharad Gupta to head products

GoKwik, India’s leading e-commerce enabler, has onboarded Sharad Gupta as senior director, products.

With over a decade of experience, Gupta will drive GoKwik’s aim of enhancing digital shopping experiences, enabling brand growth and strengthening the overall eCommerce ecosystem in India by leading the custom checkout vertical, it said.

Before joining GoKwik, he held positions at Swiggy, Dineout, and Paytm. At Swiggy, he spearheaded major growth initiatives, including a game-changing partnership with IRCTC that transformed food delivery services for train passengers nationwide. His contributions at Dineout advanced customer loyalty, engagement, and product innovation, while at Paytm, he played a critical role in advancing customer support infrastructure. Gupta’s diverse background in product strategy and consumer experience aligns seamlessly with GoKwik’s objectives.
