In a post on microblogging platform X, Goyal wrote, “It is, as of now, my personal health and wellness team, entirely funded by me, which tracks and researches how to keep me running at my peak performance.”
He said working with the Continue team feels like going to the gym and helps him avoid doctor visits. “We are developing new things, we have some new insights, and it will be super cool if one day we gather enough evidence to share what we have found with the world.”
Continue was incorporated under the name Upslope Advisors Pvt Ltd in April 2024. Regulatory filings show Goyal as a director of the company, with former Zomato employee Akriti Mehta and current employee Simrandeep Singh serving as additional directors.

Continue has onboarded several other former Zomato employees across roles such as product design and data science, according to its LinkedIn page. Goyal has made angel investments in other health startups including former Zomato cofounder Gaurav Gupta’s Gabit, Ultrahuman, which was founded by former Zomato executives Mohit Kumar and Vatsal Singhal, and Bengaluru-based mental health startup Mave.
