According to data from Similarweb, Bluesky is only 1.5 times behind Meta’s Threads in terms of daily active users in the US.
Globally, Bluesky hasn’t yet surpassed daily website visits of Threads but if it maintains the growth rate, this might happen soon enough.
Bluesky’s mobile app is seeing an increase in usage after the US presidential elections with a 519% increase compared to the last 10 months in the US, and 352% increase for the same in the UK, as posted by newsportal TechCrunch from Similarweb’s reports.
Bluesky is currently the top ranked app in the iOS App Store and is ranked second in Google Play, according to Appfigures.
