Lauren is the Chief of Marketing & Alliances at AND Digital, leading the teams that drive the Marketing and Alliances strategy for the UK business. Alongside this she sits as a UK Board member for AND, on UK ExCo and as the Women AND Tech Exec Sponsor. Prior to this role, Lauren was previous Chief for Hub Operations at AND across the London and European hubs.

Lauren’s passion is to empower people and organisations to accelerate their digital capabilities and create impactful products and services. She has extensive experience in entrepreneurship and innovation, having founded and led her own startups, Zealify & Incredibli, and worked with global leaders in the startup ecosystem, such as F6S and Techstars.

She has a background in venture capital and corporate innovation strategy, having supported and partnered with hundreds of founders, investors, and businesses around the world.
